OUR PROCESS
Discovery
We listen first. Our process is about understanding your needs. Not one size fits all. We treat each project differently. This is also an integral part of planning out important details for our photo shoot together. We ask a lot of questions! So, it’s important that you have an idea of how these images will serve you. Is it for content in your website and social? Is it for publishing? Is it for competition submission?
Site visit
Depending on the scope of the project we may need to do a walk-through of the space and take some test shots while we’re there. We want to see the how natural light enters the space at what time in the day or dusk and what artificial light is in each room. We will go through the test shots together and help narrow down your shot list. This helps you plan out what needs to get done before shoot day and it helps us to plan for our equipment and what we need to bring on shoot day.
Capture
Time to capture the magic! On photo shoot day we would have discussed how to access the space and how long we have it for. So, we also plan for set up and take down of our equipment. At this point we know what images we are creating so we can shoot untethered or tethered to a laptop it’s up to you!
Delivery
We aim to have your edited photos within 10 business days depending on the scope of your project or if there are deadlines you must meet for submitting to a competition. The type of edits will have been agreed on during our pre-production process.
